Classic vehicles used to be just a hobby for Ann and Arthur Newton. Then they restored an old truck and took it to a rally where it was spotted by a TV company - and ended up in the much-loved 'All Creatures Great and Small'.

dangerous stunts!
Since those early days, the Newtons have never looked back. With credits to their name like 'The Darling Buds of May', 'Our Friends in the North'. 'The Famous Five', 'Emmerdale', and more recently, 'Billy Elliott', 'Whatever Happened to Harold Smith','National Dish'and 'The G.N.E.R advert' their cars and trucks have become established stars - and are not as temperamental as the human ones can be!
Ann and Arthur, ably assisted by son Steven, now work full-time as Props 'R' Cars. They have a fleet of vehicles of their own and also act as agents for other classic vehicle owners. Best of all, they have worked with film and TV productions for so long now that they are expert in providing just what companies need. Most vehicles can be repainted to order, and professional signwriting arranged to give the finishing touch as required. The Newtons pride themselves on giving a service that is second to none, and have a string of satisfied customers to prove it.
The
vehicles are delivered to the specified locations by a Props 'R' Cars transporter or
are driven by a PRC representative.
